This valve operates via a double acting cushioned cylinder with a stainless steel piston rod, controlled by a single solenoid valve. Pipe connections to the cylinder close the valve if the electricity supply fails.
The solenoid valve includes a manual override for local operation. Switches for electrical indication of valve status can be fitted if required. Switches and solenoid valves made to customer requirements, or for use in hazardous areas, can also be fitted.
