The Type PC pneumatic conveying diverter valve is designed to route product flow in dilute and medium phase pneumatic conveying systems, handling mild or non-abrasive products. It is available in standard straight-through (ST) and Y-type configurations.
The valve features a cast body with a stainless steel vane assembly mounted in phosphor bronze bearings. A self-adjusting polyurethane seal bears on a fully machined surface to ensure high sealing efficiency, while minimised changes in cross-sectional area help reduce pressure drop through the conveying line.
PC diverters are supplied with plain spigot connections as standard, with flanged connections available to suit a wide range of pipe standards. Actuation options include manual, pneumatic, or electric operation, with various material options available to suit specific applications.
